Leading Change in Ministry

Change is constantly occurring around us, especially across the life of the church.  What happens within us as we navigate the change around us?  In this session Dr Julian Hamilton will encourage us to explore the way that God forms and shapes us as we move through the changing seasons and circumstances of ministry.  He will also draw from his ministry experience and research to provide insight and wisdom in relation to the skills and competencies required for leading others through change.
