Courses by Formation Pathway
All courses listed in a leadership formation pathway are designed to acquire the formation competencies the Uniting Church Assembly requires for its leadership roles (the competencies required for a leadership role are listed on the Formation Pathway Competencies page).
Completing the courses and structured experiences included in a formation pathway means a person has acquired all of the competencies required for that leadership role.
The Uniting Church Assembly’s competencies are the minimum standard for leadership, and CML’s formation pathways are designed to exceed that standard, so that leaders can more readily meet the emerging needs of the contemporary church.
