SUMMARY:Ministry Agent Compliance Training Day
DESCRIPTION:This Training Day includes the Code of Ethics refresher course in the morning and Safe Church training in the afternoon.  Participation in Code of Ethics Refresher is required every year following completion of the full Code of Ethics Foundations course. Safe Church training is required annually for Ministers and those in ministry placements.  Join us for the full-day workshop or choose to attend the Morning session (9:30 AM – 12:30 PM) or the Afternoon session (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM) only.  Lunch is provided.

Discernment is about learning to listen for\, recognise\, and respond to the voice and leading of God in our lives. This one-day short course explores key foundations of Christian discernment\, including how God speaks\, how we learn to notice God’s patterns and invitations\, and how discernment is practiced both personally and in community. This course will be of particular benefit for those currently undertaking a Period of Discernment within the life of the UCA\, as well as anyone seeking to grow in attentiveness to God’s guidance as a disciple of Christ.
